Senior Technical Program Manager, Cloud AI, Security and Compliance

Responsibilities

• Navigate organizational complexity as an innovative thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills and deep domain knowledge to lead GenAI security and compliance efforts, spanning data privacy, regulatory frameworks, security standards, and risk management.
• Manage security and compliance programs with technical and product understanding, applying program management expertise to GenAI contexts while providing thought leadership on Artificial Intelligence (AI) security standards and risk management.
• Manage end-to-end life cycles of AI security and compliance initiatives, from requirement gathering, threat modeling to risk assessment, audit readiness, and security control.
• Partner with engineering, compliance, legal, and product teams to define workstreams, risk mitigation plans, and compliance certification milestones. Drive alignment on industry standards across all stakeholders.
• Provide clear project status updates to leadership and partners. Advocate for security practices, compliance evaluation methodologies, and KPIs for risk mitigation and regulatory readiness.
