Join the Product and Engineering team in the Cloud Native Business Unit as a Senior Technical Program Manager.
Drive complex, cross-cutting initiatives and programs that support business objectives and customer outcomes.
What you will do
- Use technical leadership and program management skills to drive high-quality execution.
- Establish best practices and manage dependencies and deliverables across multiple business units.
- Drive multiple parallel software product releases in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with global software engineering teams developing new features and capabilities.
- Drive program content, schedules, delivery, go-to-market readiness, and new product introduction.
- Set goals, track progress, and communicate with stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive trade-off discussions, delivery decisions, corrective actions, and risk mitigations.
- Serve as the central point for delivery decisions and cross-functional communication.
- Optimize processes to improve quality, productivity, responsiveness, and customer feedback handling.
- Own product experience, quality, and associated health metrics.
What you bring
- At least eight years of Technical Program Manager experience leading product delivery teams for enterprise commercial software organizations.
- At least six years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise commercial software releases.
- Proven ability to develop and use Agentic AI in day-to-day work.
- Advanced Jira Cloud experience in software development program management and release management.
- Solid knowledge of end-to-end software development life cycle best practices.
- Experience managing software projects from investigation and design through delivery and customer feedback.
- Outstanding communication, analytical, problem-solving, team, and customer focus.
- A master’s degree in computer science, MBA, or equivalent engineering management education is preferred.
Work environment
- The role is primarily performed in the Bangalore office under Everpure’s in-office policy.
- Work outside the office is expected only for paid time off, business travel, or other approved leave.
