Role overview
Lead complex, cross-functional programs that expand Amazon access for underserved customer segments.
Own end-to-end delivery across payments, grocery, benefits acceptance, and customer acquisition.
Work at the intersection of technology and social impact to improve access to Amazon products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate engineering, product, design, legal, compliance, and external partner teams.
- Build processes and coordinate release schedules across cross-functional programs.
- Address customer-experience barriers involving payment friction, selection gaps, price perception, and inclusive shopping.
- Drive awareness and adoption of Amazon Access programs and complementary products.
Basic qualifications
- At least 5 years of technical product or program management experience.
- At least 7 years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
- At least 3 years of software development experience.
- At least 5 years of technical program management experience with software engineering teams.
- Experience managing cross-functional programs, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
