Dutch is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on growth.
The role drives program delivery from planning through execution and operational handoff.
The position partners with engineering, product, design, marketing, and operations and reports to the Manager of Technical Programs.
What You'll Do
- Scope, plan, and track growth initiatives with engineering, product, and marketing leads.
- Manage epics and sprints in Jira and maintain actionable project boards.
- Create dashboards, timelines, and communications for rapid stakeholder decisions.
- Facilitate quarterly planning, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Resolve blockers, debug operational issues, and ensure cross-functional delivery.
- Maintain documentation, workspaces, roadmaps, and operational hygiene.
- Guide technical discussions and align teams on scope and timelines.
- Build an effective operating rhythm through proactive updates, asynchronous documentation, and efficient meetings.
What You'll Bring
- At least 5 years of technical program management experience with software engineering, product, and design teams.
- Experience with agile methodologies, modern product development, and Jira.
- Technical fluency in architecture and workflows, including the ability to discuss engineering tradeoffs.
- Strong data analytics, communication, analytical, organizational, and cross-functional program management skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with Amplitude and Segment or similar marketing technology and product analytics tools.
- Working knowledge of Shopify, Stripe, and Iterable or similar commerce and lifecycle platforms.
- Comfort with Sentry, GCP Cloud Logging, Snowflake, or similar monitoring and business intelligence tools.
Compensation
- The salary range is CAD 125,000 to CAD 150,000 per year.
