Senior Technical Manager

Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, timelines, and budgets.

Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.

Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates.

Ensure development follows best practices in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, API development, and database design.

Guide teams in application performance tuning, scalability, and reliability improvements.

Review solution designs for maintainability and extensibility.

Establish and monitor QA processes and quality standards.

Drive test automation strategy and implementation.

Ensure comprehensive functional, integration, performance, and regression testing.

Monitor quality metrics and defect trends.

Lead CI/CD implementation and release management processes.

Drive infrastructure automation and DevOps best practices.

Work closely with DevOps teams on cloud infrastructure, monitoring, security, and reliability.

Ensure application availability, performance, and operational excellence.

Define and track engineering KPIs and delivery metrics.

Manage technical risks, compliance, and security requirements.

Prepare project dashboards, executive reports, and governance updates.

Ensure adherence to organizational policies and engineering standards.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

12+ years of overall IT experience.

5+ years of experience managing engineering teams.

Experience managing teams across development, QA, and DevOps functions.

Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise applications.
