Senior Technical Lead (IN)

A Training Developer for SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) is responsible for designing, creating, and delivering educational content. They bridge the gap between complex SAP plant maintenance processes and end-user adoption by building targeted training programs, documentation, and digital learning assets.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive training materials, including presentations, user manuals, quick reference guides (QRGs), and interactive e-learning modules for SAP EAM/PM. Needs Analysis: Collaborate with functional consultants, subject matter experts (SMEs), and business stakeholders to identify training gaps and understand EAM capabilities (equipment management, work orders, preventive maintenance). Delivery: Conduct engaging classroom, virtual, or train-the-trainer sessions to upskill business users. System Simulations: Develop system walkthroughs and hands-on exercises using training platforms (e.g., SAP Enable Now, WalkMe).Testing & Support: Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post go-live support, converting feedback into updated training documentation.

Essential Qualifications & Skills Domain Knowledge: Hands-on experience with SAP EAM/PM (Plant Maintenance) modules. Technical Proficiencies: Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA features, Fiori apps, or Intelligent Asset Management (IAM).Instructional Design: Expertise in learning management systems (LMS) and development tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or SAP Enable Now. Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to simplify complex, technical concepts for non-technical users.
