Senior Technical Lead

We are looking for Azure Architect with over 9+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Azure.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dynamics 365, AI/ML solutions, OpenAI services, and Copilot Studio, with a strong focus on modernizing and integrating business applications through intelligent automation and cloud-native services.

Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of cloud solutions on Azure, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Architect scalable, secure, and resilient AI-driven integrations using Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI (ChatGPT, GPT-4), and Copilot Studio.

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into solution blueprints and architectural roadmaps.

Drive enterprise-wide adoption of Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Power Platform components.

Design and implement Copilot experiences tailored to business workflows using Copilot Studio and custom AI orchestration logic.

Provide architectural governance and guidance across solution lifecycle including proof-of-concepts, pilots, production deployments, and performance tuning.

Ensure adherence to Azure best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with data architects, application teams, and product owners to enable seamless integration between Azure, Dynamics 365, and external systems.

9+ years of overall IT experience, with 9+ years in Azure architecture and enterprise cloud solutions.

Deep knowledge of Azure services, including App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Key Vault, Cosmos DB, and Azure DevOps.

Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE modules and extensibility (Plugins, Workflows, Power Automate).

Strong understanding of AI/ML services on Azure – including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, Language Services, and Azure Machine Learning.

Proficiency with Copilot Studio, including prompt engineering, entity creation, orchestration flows, and integration with Dynamics 365 and external APIs.

in implementing secure, compliant, and scalable API-based integrations.

Proven ability to lead architectural decisions in large digital transformation or modernization programs.

Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).

Knowledge of security patterns like RBAC, OAuth2, and API security in Azure.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
