Job Summary
Time Consultant - (Costa Rica)
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and implement time management enhancement requests.
Support attendance and absence management processes.
Review and optimize time evaluation rules and configurations.
Perform impact analysis for process and system changes.
Create functional specifications and support technical teams.
Coordinate testing activities and defect resolution.
Support integrations between Time, Payroll, HR, and third-party systems.
Assist with audit and compliance requirements.
Provide production support and issue troubleshooting.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Skill Requirements
8+ years of SAP Time Management experience.
CAT’s, Cost Allocation, Leave Request
Time Fiori Applications
Strong expertise in:
Positive Time Management
Negative Time Management
Time Evaluation
Work Schedules
Holiday Calendars
Quota Accruals
Attendance and Absence Processing
Time Wage Types
Experience supporting Time-to-Pay processes.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience supporting enhancements and production support environments.
Other Requirements
SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Employee Central Payroll.
SAP S/4HANA environments.
Experience with global Time Management programs.
