The role requires strong expertise in system administration, installation, upgrade, migration, and performance optimization, along with exposure to cloud and HANA environments. Key Responsibilities: * Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP services like SAP Cloud Foundry, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Extension Suite and SAP Mobile services/launchpad * Expertise in managing SAP S4 systems and upgrades * Experience with SAP Cloud connector and Hybrid system integrations * Exposure to AWS/Azure cloud is good to have Manage end-to-end SAP Basis administration across ECC and S/4HANA systems Perform SAP installations, upgrades, patches, and system refreshes Execute S/4HANA conversion/migration (SUM, DMO) activities Administer SAP HANA database (monitoring, backups, performance tuning) Configure and maintain system landscapes (DEV, QA, PRD) Handle transport management (TMS) and release governance Monitor system performance, job scheduling, and system health checks Support security, user administration, and audit compliance Manage SAP system copies, client copies, and kernel upgrades Collaborate with functional/technical teams during testing, cutover, and go-live Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies Mandatory Skills (Must Have) 10+ years of SAP Basis administration experience Strong experience in S/4HANA implementation or conversion projects Hands-on expertise in: SAP system installation, upgrades, and patching SUM, DMO, OS/DB migration SAP HANA administration Strong knowledge of transport management and system landscapes Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting Exposure to Linux/Unix environments Experience in client-facing roles and global delivery model"
