Job Summary
- Responsible for all engineering/technical aspects of the Company's operations, inclusive of value engineering opportunities, construction and overall methodology, method statements, engineering design drawings, shop drawings and material submittals and follow up approval.
- Manages preparation/verification of detailed constructional drawings, negotiation and securing of technical and statutory approvals.

- Develop and implement technical strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight on complex engineering problems and projects.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to optimize project outcomes and team performance.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and product development.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with engineering projects and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets for engineering projects and departmental operations.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of engineering projects and team members, implementing corrective actions as necessary to achieve objectives.

- Profound understanding of engineering principles and technical concepts across multiple disciplines.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing interdisciplinary teams and complex projects.
- Strong project management abilities to oversee project lifecycles, budgets, and schedules effectively.
- Advanced problem solving capabilities to address technical challenges and drive innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration and ensure project success.
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
- Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
