As a Senior Talent Program Manager on the Talent Programs team within People Success, you'll own the design and execution of how Coinbase selects and evaluates talent at scale.

This team defines the strategy, systems, and processes that keep our hiring engine running with the highest quality, and this role sits at the center of that work.

• Own the end-to-end design and implementation of selection and assessment programs, building the frameworks, rubrics, and calibration processes that drive consistent, high-quality hiring decisions across Coinbase
• Lead cross-functional program execution with COEs including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, People Analytics, and HR Tech, managing detailed project plans, stakeholder alignment, and delivery timelines for concurrent initiatives
• Build scalable interviewer enablement programs that strengthen how hiring teams evaluate candidates, including scorecard design, structured interview methodology, and bias-reduction practices
• Drive the change management strategy for new selection and assessment programs, owning stakeholder alignment, enablement materials, communications, and adoption tracking to ensure frameworks land consistently across teams
• Partner with People Analytics to define success metrics for selection programs, using data to validate assessment effectiveness, identify gaps, and iterate on evaluation criteria
• Shape the methodology behind talent evaluation by researching and piloting new assessment tools, techniques, and vendor solutions, establishing a framework for experimentation and continuous improvement
