- Manage full cycle recruitment operations including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for technical and non technical roles
- Monitor and optimize hiring metrics such as time to fill, source effectiveness, and candidate experience scores
- Partner with hiring managers to align job descriptions, role requirements, and evaluation criteria with business needs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal hiring policies across all regions
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms to support accurate reporting and decision making
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or operations, preferably in tech or AI driven environments
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Workday, or Lever, with data analysis experience
- Strong understanding of global employment compliance, including visa sponsorship and contractor classification
- Experience designing and implementing recruitment workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across international teams

Role Overview
