Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Recruit experienced and high performing Real Estate Agents across the UAE
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job portals, networking, and social media
- Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates' experience, communication skills, and sales potential
- Work closely with Sales Managers to identify hiring needs and coordinate interviews
- Create engaging recruitment campaigns and employer branding content
- Represent GI Properties in recruitment videos, career events, and social media content
- Negotiate offers and maintain an exceptional candidate experience
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience
- UAE recruitment experience is required
- Real estate recruitment experience is a strong advantage
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable in front of the camera for recruitment and employer branding content

Your Role
- As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a key role in expanding our sales force by identifying, attracting, and hiring top performing Real Estate Agents. You'll work closely with Sales Managers and become the face of recruitment through networking, social media, and employer branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Recruit experienced and high performing Real Estate Agents across the UAE.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job portals, networking, and social media.
- Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates' experience, communication skills, and sales potential.
- Work closely with Sales Managers to identify hiring needs, coordinate interviews, and secure top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Create engaging recruitment campaigns and employer branding content.
- Represent GI Properties in recruitment videos, career events, and social media content.
- Negotiate offers and maintain an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment activity and maintain accurate recruitment reports.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
- UAE recruitment experience is required.
- Real estate recruitment experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable in front of the camera for recruitment and employer branding content.
- Professional appearance with excellent presentation skills.
- Self motivated, target driven, and passionate about finding top talent.
