Responsibilities
- Develop proactive recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce planning.
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor by providing market intelligence and hiring recommendations.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
- Build strong, diverse talent pipelines.
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience.
- Manage multiple complex searches simultaneously.
- Influence hiring decisions with data and market trends.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with regional leaders.
- Ensure recruiting processes are compliant and efficient.
- Analyze recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
- Partner with external search firms and industry networks.
- Lead or contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives.
Requirements
- 8 or more years of progressive corporate recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting across multiple international markets.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders.
- Strong expertise in sourcing passive talent.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Proven ability to manage high priority searches.
- Strong business acumen.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication and relationship building skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
