Role Overview
The role supports the firm's Emiratization and UAE National hiring strategy across Advisory, Tax, Assurance, and Internal Client Services.
The successful candidate will source, screen, and manage UAE National talent while partnering with senior stakeholders to meet hiring requirements and Emiratization objectives.
The role requires recruitment expertise, knowledge of the UAE talent market, and experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment for UAE National positions across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.
- Develop sourcing strategies and use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks, career fairs, and other channels to build talent pipelines.
- Screen candidates, assess suitability, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Provide recruitment updates and market insights to the Emiratization project manager.
- Build stakeholder relationships, support candidate experience, and contribute to Emiratization hiring targets.
- Maintain recruitment records, reports, and candidate tracking data.
- Monitor labor market trends and assist with employer branding and engagement initiatives.
Success Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience recruiting UAE Nationals and supporting Emiratization programs.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies across different functions and locations.
- Strong understanding of Emiratization hiring requirements and UAE National recruitment practices.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, other sourcing platforms, Microsoft Office applications, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Experience in a professional services, consulting, or corporate environment is preferred.
- An established UAE National talent network and experience with university outreach or career fairs are preferred.
