Role Overview
Support the firm's Emiratization and UAE National hiring strategy across Advisory, Tax, Assurance, and Internal Client Services.
Manage sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment while partnering with senior stakeholders to meet hiring requirements.
The role requires recruitment expertise, knowledge of the UAE talent market, and experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Service Line and Company
Internal Client Services provides operational support across IT, Finance, People and Culture, HR Operations, Marketing, and other internal teams.
Grant Thornton UAE provides audit, assurance, tax, and advisory services and operates as part of a global network.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment for UAE National positions across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.
- Develop sourcing strategies and use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks, and career fairs to build talent pipelines.
- Screen candidates, assess suitability, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Provide recruitment updates and market insights to the Emiratization project manager.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support Emiratization initiatives and organizational hiring targets.
- Maintain recruitment records, reports, and candidate tracking data.
- Monitor labor market trends and UAE National talent availability.
- Assist with employer branding and engagement initiatives.
Success Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience recruiting UAE Nationals and supporting Emiratization programs.
- Experience handling multiple vacancies across functions and locations.
- Strong understanding of UAE National recruitment practices and Emiratization requirements.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Professional services experience, a UAE National talent network, and university outreach or career fair experience are preferred.
