Role Overview
Clio is seeking a Senior Systems Specialist, FP&A for its FP&A Systems team.
The role designs, develops, maintains, and administers the company's EPM platform and related systems.
The team partners with FP&A, Accounting, and business leaders to improve planning, reporting, and forecasting.
What You Will Work On
- Serve as the architectural subject matter expert for the Pigment EPM solution.
- Maintain FP&A integrations with NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, Looker, and other applications.
- Improve business processes and optimize FP&A tooling for efficiency and data integrity.
- Manage roadmap issues, user tickets, technical support, bugs, licenses, permissions, and controls.
- Document development standards and create instructional materials for system users.
- Coordinate with stakeholders independently to scope and develop solutions.
Required Qualifications
- At least four years of experience designing and implementing EPM solutions.
- Experience developing models for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Experience aligning application development with business needs.
- Strong collaboration, communication, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
