We are seeking an innovative and talented Senior Systems Engineer to join our systems calibration team. The candidate must have the ability to be a technically minded problem-solver, be able to focus on the task at hand: Location: Aurora, Colorado
What You Will Do
Support technical working groups by contributing analysis and helping coordinate inputs needed for issue resolution and program objectives.
Prepare and deliver clear technical briefings to stakeholders, providing data-informed updates and recommendations under guidance from senior engineers.
Assist in coordinating cross-team technical activities, maintain communication flow and helping align priorities across teams.
Develop and maintain software tools for data extraction, analysis, and interpretation, with oversight from senior team members.
Perform routine trending and performance analysis on system hardware and software to support broader engineering assessments.
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, escalating complex problems and collaborating with senior engineers and cross-functional specialists as needed.

Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.
Experience in command-and-control systems and operations.
Experience building and maintaining effective customer relationships.
Experience collaborating with senior technical management.
Experience conducting technical investigations and communicating findings to leadership.
An active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
Organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with scripting and programming languages, including UNIX/Linux environments, MATLAB, Perl, C++, Java, JavaScript, and Python.
