Your Role

• Provide technical support to the sales team to close deals and win customers.
• Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with sales, channel, and marketing teams for customer engagement.
• Deliver technical sales solutions and support customer adoption and software utilization.
• Plan and execute customer visits to explore business opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitors.
• Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Achieve performance metrics tied to sales targets and customer engagement.

What You Will Bring

• Eight or more years of experience in technical presales, systems engineering, solution architecture, or a related customer-facing technology role.
• Success supporting large enterprises and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Hands-on technical aptitude and adaptability to market demands.
• Deep expertise in virtualization, storage, AI, Kubernetes, cloud technologies, and modern infrastructure architectures.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, chief architects, and line-of-business leaders.
• Independent working ability with effective sales and cross-functional collaboration.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, relationship-building, and technical credibility.
• Experience as a technical thought leader, advisor, or industry evangelist.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills; Arabic is a plus.
