The Opportunity
The role is a Managed Services Provider Systems Engineer supporting service provider solutions across India.
The position focuses on collaboration, innovative solutions at scale, and growth of managed service offerings.
The role reports to the Manager for Channel Systems Engineers in India.
Work Arrangement
- The role operates in a hybrid capacity, combining remote work with in-person collaboration.
- In covered locations including Bangalore and Pune, employees are expected to work onsite at least three days per week.
- Specific team guidance and workplace expectations may vary by location and manager.
Your Role
- Provide technical presales support to managed service provider sellers and partners.
- Conduct proposal development and sizing based on partner data.
- Own technical strategy, architecture design, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts for service provider opportunities.
- Collaborate with specialists and internal teams on comprehensive technical strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships within service provider partner networks.
- Drive field pre-sales and post-sales alignment and engagement with partners.
- Learn new technologies and integrate that knowledge into partner solutions.
