Role Overview
Support the U.S. Navy Foreign Military Sales C4I modernization program for the Royal Saudi Naval Forces.
Lead requirements analysis, technical site surveys, system verification, and alternatives analysis for C4I and COTS integration into platforms and shore facilities.
Interact with U.S. Government and Saudi senior military and government officials and produce documentation suitable for foreign disclosure.
Schedule and Workplace
- The position is full-time with a day schedule and requires travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Work is on-site in Riyadh and Jubail, Saudi Arabia, with technical site surveys also identified in Jeddah.
- The role includes OCONUS work and security and country-clearance requirements.
Systems Engineering Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end systems engineering for C4I capabilities including GCCS, NAVMACS, radios and antennas, tactical data links, CENTRIXS, network communications, SATCOM, ADSI, and related systems.
- Conduct site surveys, capture as-built configurations, and translate operational needs into engineering requirements.
- Plan and execute SOVTs, develop procedures, witness installations, document discrepancies, and drive resolution.
