Role Overview
Support the U.S. Navy's Foreign Military Sales C4I modernization program for the Royal Saudi Naval Forces.
Work on-site in Riyadh and Jubail, Saudi Arabia, with travel to RSNF facilities including Jeddah.
Interact with U.S. Government and Saudi senior military and government officials.
Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end systems engineering for C4I capabilities on RSNF afloat and ashore platforms.
- Conduct site surveys and translate operational needs into engineering requirements.
- Plan and execute System Operation Verification Tests and resolve documented discrepancies.
- Conduct COTS product alternatives analysis and provide trade studies with recommendations.
- Support SRR, PDR, CDR, and TRR technical reviews.
- Prepare, present, and sanitize engineering and technical documentation.
- Coordinate foreign disclosure determinations with the U.S. Government Foreign Disclosure Office.
- Maintain schedule inputs, brief status, and mitigate technical risks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field and five years of experience.
- Active Secret security clearance with the ability to maintain it.
