Role Overview

Workplace Arrangement

• Hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote in Midtown Manhattan, New York.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a tier 3 escalation point for Client Technology Management, Service Desk, Engineering, and client support teams.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, GCP, and proprietary cloud infrastructures.
• Implement and manage enterprise email platforms and security systems.
• Perform switching, routing, wireless, security, and network configuration tasks.
• Resolve complex technical challenges through root cause analysis and long-term remediation.
• Create architecture diagrams, runbooks, standard operating procedures, and knowledge-base documentation.
• Audit client environments and provide technical recommendations.
• Configure Azure Conditional Access, DUO MFA, Cloudflare, iBoss, and other security platforms.
• Perform patching, software upgrades, vulnerability remediation, Active Directory administration, and certificate management.
