About The Team

  • The Systems Engineer role will be part of the Sales Engineering team at Nutanix, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This team is characterized by a collaborative culture that values teamwork, knowledge sharing, and mutual support.
  • You will report to the SE Manager, who adopts a business oriented leadership style focused on achieving outcomes without micromanaging daily tasks.

Your Role

  • Provide technical skill support to the sales team to close deals and win customers.
  • Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, channel, and marketing teams for effective customer engagement.
  • Deliver technical sales solutions, ensuring customer adoption and proper utilization of software.
  • Plan and execute customer visits to explore and understand business opportunities.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of core products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Facilitate team collaboration and knowledge sharing to achieve collective success.
  • Achieve individual performance metrics tied to sales targets and customer engagement objectives.

What You Will Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in a customer facing technical role with 6+ years’ experience as a Pre sales Engineer.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in the technical specifications required to sell Nutanix products and services.
  • A deep understanding of the region and how the drive for simplicity, cloud first strategies, and cost savings can build positive relationships and deliver significant sales success.
  • Hands on technical aptitude and the agility to adapt according to market demands.
  • Hands on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid cloud architectures, including cloud native technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Solid Pre Sales background with the ability to present solutions and conduct demonstrations.
  • Analytical approach to solving complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
  • Technical advisory skills with a focus on customer engagement and relationship building.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and account managers.
  • The highest level of personal and professional ethics and integrity.
  • A desire to learn and be challenged.
