Experience delivering systems or subsystems engineering outcomes within Defence, aerospace, maritime or other complex engineering environments
Expertise in one or more systems engineering disciplines such as requirements management, systems architecture, specialty engineering, or verification & validation
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Experience working across the systems engineering lifecycle, from concept and design through to integration, test and acceptance
A degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant industry experience
Exposure to MBSE, Agile development methodologies, Defence capability domains or test automation approaches will be highly regarded
NV1 security clearance and ability to handle Export Controlled information
Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice
