As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in our technical delivery team to drive the technology programs, including Cloud implementation and support, desktop engineering escalation and networking for a defined portfolio of clients.

Using latest and greatest technologies and solutions, you will support our client’s innovation by following a set of standards and best practices in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.

In this capacity you will play a critical role in our rapidly expanding global support network.

This is a hybrid opportunity with a strong preference for candidates to based in the London area.

• Provide advanced support of cloud infrastructures such as Microsoft 365/Azure (Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Intune)
• Collaborate with, and act as a tier 3 escalation point for Client Technology Management, Service Desk, Engineering, and other client support teams
• Implement and manage enterprise mail platform and security systems such as Microsoft Exchange or Exchange Online
• Act as a Technical Lead for migrations, implementations, relocations, etc
• Take ownership of complex technical challenges and provide long term fixes based on root cause analysis
