Position Overview
Lead systems engineering and integration activities across the project lifecycle.
Ensure complex systems are designed, integrated, verified, and delivered against customer, operational, and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical leadership across requirements, architecture, interfaces, verification, validation, and engineering assurance.
Systems Engineering Delivery
- Tailor Systems Engineering lifecycle processes to project scope, complexity, risk, and delivery model.
- Analyse stakeholder and operational needs, develop the System Breakdown Structure, perform functional decomposition, and define system boundaries.
- Manage requirements from elicitation through allocation, traceability, baselining, compliance, and verification.
- Develop functional and physical architectures and allocate requirements to system elements.
Integration and Assurance
- Identify and manage internal and external interfaces and dependencies across disciplines and suppliers.
- Plan integration dependencies, sequencing, constraints, risks, and coordination across delivery partners.
- Assess change impacts and apply structured technical risk and decision management.
