Lead the day-to-day operation of SaaS delivery environments and strategic initiatives for reliability, scalability, and quality of service.

Resolve complex support cases from partners and customers while improving operational efficiency and service quality.

Lead incident management and production-environment monitoring while meeting SLAs.
Provide customer service, help-desk support, and level 3 support for customer and partner issues.
Administer and improve Acumatica SaaS deployment lifecycle operations.
Operate and maintain AWS environments according to standard procedures.
Identify optimization opportunities, solve complex problems, and recommend solutions for system deficiencies.
Document plans and resolutions, introduce improvement tools and procedures, and collaborate cross-functionally.
Mentor junior engineers.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
At least 5 years of relational-database experience, including design and optimization.
At least 5 years of website-management experience, including web application development and deployment.
At least 5 years of basic scripting experience, such as PowerShell or Python.
