Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Workday modules, integrations, security, reporting, and configurations
- Review Workday releases, assess new features, coordinate testing, and support implementation decisions
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide ongoing application support
- Partner with HR and business teams to gather requirements and deliver effective technology solutions
- Lead and support HRIS projects, including planning, testing, implementation, and stakeholder communication
- Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and process guides
- Collaborate with vendors and implementation partners to support projects and system enhancements
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and user experience
- Provide reporting, analytics, and insights to support business decision making
- Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team
- Participate in an on call support rotation for global users
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst supporting enterprise systems
- Minimum 3 years of Workday configuration experience in one or more areas including HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Talent, Learning, Integrations, or Reporting
- Strong understanding of HR processes and HR technology solutions
- Experience supporting system integrations and troubleshooting technical issues
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience managing projects and coordinating cross functional teams

Description
- Our client is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to support and enhance our Workday environment while partnering with HR, business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors.
- This role is responsible for analyzing business needs, configuring and supporting Workday solutions, managing integrations, leading projects, and driving continuous improvement across HR systems and processes.
What You'll Be Doing

What You Must Have
