Senior Systems Analyst

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in a Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar IT role.
• Experience with digital commerce platforms, customer portals, web applications, and large-scale business-critical systems.
• Experience with APIs, web services, middleware, enterprise integrations, relational databases, data analysis, and end-to-end troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of digital order management and customer-facing processes.
• Ability to translate requirements into system designs and lead workshops and technical discussions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Systems and Tools

• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, portal applications, middleware services, Azure integration components, and Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Experience with B2B wholesale commerce platforms, Shopify, Sitecore OrderCloud, commercetools, Dynamics 365, Azure Integration Services, and related cloud technologies is an asset.
• Relevant certifications or experience with digital commerce platforms, Microsoft Azure, or enterprise integration technologies are assets.

• The role has 36.25 working hours per week.
• Required travel is rare and usually within the Greater Toronto Area.

Compensation

• The target hiring range is stated as CAD 100,000–117,500.
• The broader pay grade range is stated as CAD 82,623.96–123,507.59.
• Placement depends on market conditions, internal equity, experience, skills, and qualifications.
