The IM/IT Sr. Systems Analyst (SA) / Business Analyst (BA) reports to an IM/IT Manager and is responsible for the evaluation, design, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of information management and technology solutions, projects, and services across NSH, IWK and its many external cli
The role collaborates with key clinical and business stakeholders and ensures alignment with NSH’s and its client’s strategic mission, vision, and goals.
The role involves troubleshooting, coordinating, and resolving complex, cross-domain issues impacting clinical and business operations.
The role provides technical oversight to ensure application requirements are effectively translated into technical and operational solutions.
The role ensures all activities are supported by NSH IM/IT business plan, established policies/procedures, and in line with service level agreements.
