S3 Technologies seeks a Senior Systems Administrator to manage client IT environments, mentor junior sysadmins, and drive infrastructure evolution for Quebec SMBs.

- Take ownership of client environments, driving infrastructure reliability, optimization, security, and documentation.
- Work shoulder to shoulder with co managed client IT teams, solving problems together.
- Step in for critical incidents, complex problems, and architecture challenges.
- Mentor other sysadmins, contribute to technical standards, and coach the next generation.
Requirements
- 7+ years as a system administrator
- Solid command of Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365 / Exchange
- Knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, firewall, Wi Fi), virtualization, and cloud
- Experience with Cisco, Dell, Fortinet
- Good communication in French and English
- DEC or AEC in IT (or equivalent)

We’re Looking For Someone Who…
- Has 7+ years as a system administrator.
- Has solid command of Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365 / Exchange.
- Knows networking (LAN/WAN, firewall, Wi Fi), virtualization, and cloud.
- Has worked with Cisco, Dell, Fortinet.
- Communicates well in French and English.
- Has a DEC or AEC in IT (or equivalent).
