- Troubleshoot complex system issues, analyze root causes, and implement long term solutions
- Develop and maintain system documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures

- Automate repetitive processes and workflows using scripting or automation tools

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field

- Proficiency with system monitoring tools, automation frameworks, and configuration management
