About the Role
Belay Technologies seeks a Senior System Engineer to analyze user requirements, develop system specifications, and provide technical leadership for system integration. Requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, Scrum certification, and extensive systems engineering experience.

Responsibilities
- Analyze user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications
- Analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities
- Guide users in formulating requirements, advise alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies
- Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology
- Incorporate new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations
- Develop technical documentation
- Develop system Architecture and system design documentation
- Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans
- Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues or conflicts
- Communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives
Requirements
- TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph within the last 5 years
- Scrum Certification
- Experience collaborating with Product Owner in preparation for SAFe/agile ceremonies including sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and Program Increment (PI) planning events
- CI poly within 5 years
- A High School Diploma or GED plus 12 years of general system engineering experience, OR a Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field plus 7 years of systems engineering experience, OR a Master's degree plus 5 years, OR a PhD plus 3 years

Job Description
- Belay Technologies is seeking a System Engineer (SE3) to join our intel team.
- Analyzes user’s requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
- Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities.
- Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies.
- Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
- Incorporates new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations.
- Develops technical documentation.
- Develops system Architecture and system design documentation.
- Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
- Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts.
- Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
- Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
Required Qualifications
- Scrum Certification
- Experience in Collaborating w/Product Owner in preparation for SAFe/agile ceremonies, including sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and Program Increment (PI) planning events

- TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph within the last 5 years
- A High School Diploma or GED plus 12 years of general system engineering experience. OR A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline plus 7 years of systems engineering experience. OR A Master’s degree plus 5 years. OR A PhD plus 3 years.

Salary
- Salary Range: $168,000 to $240,000
