- TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
- 20 years with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Systems Engineering (or related field) or 25 years without the degree.
- Experience with database design and modeling
- Experience utilizing SQL within relational database systems (e.g., Oracle, Postgres)
- Experience reverse engineering systems in both front-end and back-end capacities
- Experience with data analysis and visualization, data normalization and cleansing, and data security
- Experience with Oracle
- Knowledge of existing BM&A systems
