Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Twenty (20) years’ experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity within the Federal Government is required.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to enterprise applications, working closely with development teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise process standards and the ability to ensure adherence to these standards throughout the application development and maintenance lifecycle.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management, providing guidance, presenting ideas, and driving consensus for process evaluation and improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work core hours of 1000-1400 Monday through Friday.
• Knowledge of web application interface applications (APIs)
• Certifications in relevant areas, such as Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) or DevOps (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer), demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and related tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Argo.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and automation tools to streamline and automate system engineering tasks and processes
• The estimated salary range for this position is between $220,000-$260,000 (annualized USD). This range reflects the typical pay for the role and is one part of the company's comprehensive compensation package. Actual salaries are influenced by several factors, such as location, the individual’s education, skills, experience, and competencies, as well as contract affordability and organizational needs.
