in Qatar is hiring for
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Proven track record in cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration for large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction methodologies, and industry standards.
- 7 to 10 years of Qatar experience must
Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for civil works.
- Monitor project budgets and provide accurate financial reports.
- Evaluate contractor quotations and assist in contract negotiations.
- Conduct site visits to verify progress and compliance with specifications.
- Manage variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize project costs.
