Job Summary
Japlo Tea & Wellness Qatar WLL is seeking a Senior Supply Chain & Product Sourcing Manager to lead end-to-end procurement, supplier management, and supply chain optimization for tea, herbal wellness products, and consumer wellness goods.
This role is responsible for building reliable sourcing networks, ensuring product quality and cost efficiency, and managing logistics and inventory flows across local and international suppliers.

What You'Ll Do
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including sourcing, procurement, and logistics
- Identify and manage local and international suppliers for tea and wellness products
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term supplier agreements
- Ensure product quality compliance and regulatory standards for imported goods
- Optimize inventory management, demand forecasting, and stock control
- Coordinate shipping, customs clearance, and distribution logistics
- Develop cost-efficient sourcing strategies and supply chain improvements
- Monitor supply chain KPIs including lead time, cost, and supplier performance
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams on product availability
- Implement risk management strategies for supply chain continuity
Requirements
- Experience in supply chain management, procurement, or sourcing roles
- Strong knowledge of FMCG, retail, or wellness product supply chains
- Experience managing international sourcing and supplier negotiations
- Understanding of import/export regulations and logistics processes
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills
- Experience with ERP or supply chain management systems
- Ability to manage multi-product inventory systems
- GCC supply chain experience is an advantage
