We specialize in smartphone refurbishment, electronics sourcing, mobile device parts distribution, and operational support for regional retail and wholesale partners.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Supply Chain and Procurement Manager who can lead and optimize our end to end procurement and logistics operations.
This role is not only about purchasing inventory.
You will shape sourcing strategies, strengthen supplier partnerships, improve operational efficiency, and ensure that our supply chain remains agile in a fast moving electronics market.
You will collaborate closely with operations, finance, warehouse management, and executive leadership to ensure that products move efficiently from suppliers to customers while maintaining quality, cost control, and delivery performance.

Strategic Procurement Leadership
Develop and implement procurement strategies that improve supplier performance, reduce operational costs, and maintain product availability.
Supplier And Vendor Management
Build strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
Negotiate pricing agreements, service contracts, and delivery schedules.
Supply Chain Optimization
Monitor logistics performance, inventory flow, warehouse coordination, and distribution efficiency to support daily operations and future growth.
Inventory Planning And Forecasting
Work closely with operations and sales teams to forecast demand, maintain optimal stock levels, and reduce inventory shortages or overstock risks.
Process Improvement
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable systems that improve procurement workflows, reporting accuracy, and supply chain visibility.
Cross Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with finance, customer service, technical teams, and warehouse operations to ensure seamless execution of procurement and delivery activities.
Compliance And Risk Management
Ensure procurement practices align with company policies, supplier standards, and regional compliance requirements.
Experience
Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, or operations leadership, with at least 2 years in a senior management role.
Industry Knowledge
Experience in electronics distribution, retail operations, consumer technology, or inventory intensive industries is highly preferred.
Leadership Skills
Strong experience leading teams, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing multi department operational processes.
Analytical Thinking
Ability to evaluate operational data, forecast inventory requirements, and make strategic procurement decisions based on business needs.
Communication Skills
Strong professional communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and collaborate across departments.
Technology Proficiency
Comfortable using ERP systems, procurement platforms, inventory management software, and reporting tools.

You understand how to balance operational efficiency with business growth objectives.
