Senior Supervisor - System Engineering

Firewall operations: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Check Point firewalls and associated security policies across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.

Security architecture: Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network security solutions including VPNs, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security.

Cloud network security: Lead firewall and network security operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring consistent policy enforcement across platforms.

Vulnerability management: Monitor network performance, identify vulnerabilities, and deploy timely security patches and updates.

Incident response: Own technical support and incident response for security-related issues, ensuring timely resolution while minimising business impact.

Compliance & assessment: Perform regular security assessments and ensure adherence to organisational and industry best practices.

Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of network security configurations, policies, standard operating procedures, and runbooks.

Team mentorship: Guide and develop junior engineers, supporting skill growth and operational excellence within the team.

Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with IT, Cloud, and Security teams to design and enhance secure network architectures.

Continuous learning: Stay current with emerging security threats, industry trends, and evolving best practices, and share insights with the broader team.
