Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all Electrical and Instrumentation maintenance activities on offshore oil and gas facilities
- Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical power systems, instrumentation, control systems, and safety critical equipment
- Lead and supervise E&I technicians, supervisors, and contractors
- Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities
- Review, prioritize, and approve maintenance work orders
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and equipment performance
- Participate in offshore shutdown planning and execution
- Develop E&I work scopes and resource requirements
- Ensure compliance with offshore HSE policies and procedures, enforce PTW, conduct JSA and risk assessments
- Investigate equipment failures and perform Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)
- Lead and mentor E&I maintenance personnel, conduct competency assessments and performance reviews
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline from accredited university
- Minimum 15+ years of experience, with at least 5 years significant in offshore project
- Proven experience managing shutdowns and major maintenance campaigns
- Experience with safety critical systems and process control systems

Job Overview
- Penspen is urgently looking to hire a Senior Supervisor E&I for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.
Qualification Required
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline from accredited university.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading and supervising all Electrical and Instrumentation maintenance activities on offshore oil and gas facilities, including production platforms, FPSOs, offshore processing facilities, and drilling units.
- Ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical power systems, instrumentation, control systems, and safety critical equipment.
- Lead and supervise Electrical and Instrumentation technicians, supervisors, and contractors.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure maximum availability and reliability of electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Review, prioritize, and approve maintenance work orders.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and equipment performance.
- Participate in offshore shutdown planning and execution.
- Develop E&I work scopes and resource requirements.
- Coordinate vendors and specialist contractors.
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance and upgrade activities.
- Ensure compliance with offshore HSE policies and procedures, enforce PTW, conduct JSA and risk assessments, verify LOTO procedures.
Experience Required
- Minimum 15+ years of experience, with at least 5 years significant in offshore project.
- Proven experience managing shutdowns and major maintenance campaigns.
- Experience with safety critical systems and process control systems.
- Preferred experience from PMC/EPC Background.
- Previous ADNOC Offshore Experience is advantage.
