Senior Structures Engineer

Experienced structures engineer with significant focus in composite structures analysis .

Strong FEM experience (static, buckling, modal, fatigue) with the ability to interpret composite-specific failure modes and margins.

Experience managing global vehicle FEM models .

Working knowledge of composite materials and processes (prepreg, RTM, infusion, autoclave, OOA) and how they influence allowables and structural behavior.

Solid fundamentals in laminate theory, load paths, and structural sizing across the product lifecycle for flight-capable hardware.

Familiarity with requirements, loads/margins workflows, and certification-oriented analysis and documentation practices.

Clear written and verbal communication skills, plus a collaborative , open-minded approach in fast-moving, interdisciplinary teams.
