Lead the structural engineering portion of major projects across industrial, commercial, science + technology, and workplace sectors.
Manage all structural engineering deliverables including data collection, design, specifications, contract documents, shop drawing review, and construction coordination .
Collaborate proactively with multi-discipline design teams to achieve innovative, buildable solutions.
Serve as a mentor and technical resource for junior engineers.
BS in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis) required; MS in Civil or Structural Engineering a plus.
PE and/or SE license (required in at least one U.S. state).
10+ years of structural design and project leadership experience.
Proficient in the design of structural steel, concrete, masonry, cold-formed metal framing, wood framing, and foundation systems .
Understanding and knowledge of structural requirements for precast and tilt-up concrete projects.
Demonstrated proficiency in producing structural construction documents within the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM environment using Revit .
Expertise in structural analysis software , such as: RAM Structural System, RAM Elements, Tekla TEDDS, Tekla Structural Designer, RISA, CFS, Anchor Designer (Strong-Tie), Hilti Profis, Ideastatica, Excel/VBA.
In-depth knowledge of U.S. Building Codes and Reference Standards .
