Job Summary
Nivtor Engineers is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join its growing team.
The role involves designing and analyzing structural systems for commercial, residential, university, and K-12 building projects, primarily based in the USA, from the Thane office.
The ideal candidate understands structural principles, building codes, and industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design calculations using relevant software and tools.
- Develop structural drawings and specifications.
- Review and interpret construction documents and shop drawings.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other project team members and participate in project meetings.
- Ensure projects comply with applicable building codes and standards.
- Review and annotate shop drawings and RFI documents.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Master's degree in Structural Engineering is required.
- At least 6 years of experience in structural engineering design is required.
- Experience with US projects is preferred.
- A PhD in Structural Engineering is a plus.
