Senior Structural Engineer – Qualifications
- Sole U.S. citizenship required (to comply with government customer requirements and/or applicable government regulations)
- Ability to obtain DOE Q clearance
- B.S. in Structural or Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited engineering school
- Nuclear/DOE Experience required
- 10+ years of post-education experience
- PE or SE license preferred , with ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed
Responsibilities & Capabilities
- Perform Engineer of Record (EOR) duties as assigned
- Perform design and full documentation of structural systems
- Interface directly with client counterparts (virtually and on-site) to develop project solutions
- Integrate with multidisciplinary teams (Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, Civil, Document Control, Project Controls, etc.)
- Estimate, schedule, and track projects for cost and schedule performance
