We’re looking for a Senior Structural Engineer who thrives on solving complex technical problems and delivering high‑quality structural design across aviation, nuclear, defence, industrial, rail, public sector, power and specialist infrastructure projects.

Leading structural design packages for small to medium projects, or owning key design elements within major multidisciplinary schemes
Producing and reviewing structural calculations, models, drawings and specifications
Applying strong working knowledge of UK design codes, including Eurocodes, National Annexes and British Standards
Carrying out detailed structural analysis using industry‑standard software
Contributing to project programmes and providing clear progress updates to senior engineers
Supporting tenders, fee proposals and technical scope development
Introducing practical, buildable structural solutions that improve sustainability and delivery outcomes
Mentoring junior structural engineers and supporting their technical development
Chartered Structural Engineer (CEng MIStructE or CEng MICE with a strong structural focus)
Strong experience delivering structural design for complex building or infrastructure projects
Technical expertise across: Steel, concrete, timber and masonry design Foundation design, both shallow and deep Structural assessments and refurbishment Dynamic or seismic analysis, advantageous
