Role Overview
Lead structural engineering design, project execution, and technical delivery for medium to complex building and infrastructure projects.
Provide leadership to multidisciplinary project teams across design, permitting, tendering, construction review, and project closeout.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead structural design activities and oversee schedules, budgets, resources, and project delivery.
- Prepare, review, and seal structural design packages.
- Provide technical advisory services and engineering consultation.
- Pursue business development opportunities and prepare proposals, scopes, fee estimates, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, government agencies, and regulatory authorities.
- Develop permit and tender documentation, specifications, and construction drawings.
- Oversee construction review and monitor conformance with design intent.
- Prepare technical reports and engineering assessments.
- Conduct design reviews and provide technical direction.
- Supervise and mentor junior and intermediate engineers.
- Support quality management and conduct peer reviews.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Structural Engineering.
