Spacetech Engineering seeks a Senior Structural Engineer to lead structural design and analysis for villa, warehouse, and commercial projects in Dubai. The role requires expertise in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.

Responsibilities
- Lead structural design and analysis for villa, warehouse, commercial, and residential projects using reinforced concrete, steel, and composite structural systems
- Conduct structural modeling and analysis using industry standard software (ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro) for gravity, lateral, and seismic loads
- Design foundations including shallow foundations, deep foundations (piles), raft foundations, and retaining structures based on geotechnical recommendations
- Perform structural integrity evaluations including visual inspections, structural investigations, and load capacity assessments
- Develop structural design reports, calculation packages, and technical specifications in compliance with UAE codes and international standards
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, geotechnical engineers, and clients to ensure integrated design solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design team members
- Prepare structural drawings and documentation for Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, and other UAE authority approvals
- Ensure all structural designs comply with UAE building codes, fire safety requirements, and accessibility standards
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities to resolve technical queries and obtain necessary approvals
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Minimum 6 8 years of progressive experience in structural design and structural assessment in UAE or GCC region
- Advanced proficiency in structural analysis software: ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, or equivalent
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit Structure, and MS Office applications
- Strong project management, leadership, and team coordination skills
- Excellent technical writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Valid UAE driving license will be added advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct structural modeling and analysis using industry standard software (ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, or similar) for gravity, lateral, and seismic loads.
