Responsibilities
- Lead the structural design of high rise towers and mixed use developments
- Perform structural analysis and design using ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, and Revit
- Prepare structural calculations, design reports, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with ACI, ASCE, IBC, BS/Eurocodes, and UAE Authority requirements
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, project managers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Review structural drawings and technical submissions for design accuracy and compliance
- Liaise with Dubai Municipality and relevant authorities to obtain design approvals
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior engineers throughout project execution
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Structural Engineering
- 15–18+ years of structural design experience
- Proven experience in designing high rise towers and mixed use developments
- Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, and Revit
- Strong knowledge of ACI, ASCE, IBC, BS/Eurocodes, and UAE Authority regulations
- Valid and active Dubai Municipality (DM/DDA/ADM) Structural Design License for Unlimited Floors
- Strong understanding of UAE building codes and authority approval processes

Candidate Requirements
- Master's Degree in Structural Engineering.
- 15–18+ years of structural design experience.
- Proven experience in designing high rise towers and mixed use developments.
- Previous experience with reputed Engineering Consultancies in the UAE or GCC.
- Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Strong knowledge of ACI, ASCE, IBC, BS/Eurocodes, and UAE Authority regulations.
- Valid and active Dubai Municipality (DM/DDA/ADM) Structural Design License for Unlimited Floors.
- Strong understanding of UAE building codes and authority approval processes.
- Excellent analytical, technical, communication, and project coordination skills.
Compensation
- Salary: AED 40,000 per month
