The Role
Lead complex structural engineering challenges for high-rise residential and commercial buildings.
Serve as a technical anchor and support the growth of the design team.
Drive project delivery from concept through completion.
Responsibilities
- Lead structural analysis and design for complex high-rise buildings.
- Oversee and validate 3D structural models and design calculations.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and technical accuracy.
- Coordinate with architects, developers, and MEP consultants.
- Mentor structural and junior engineers.
- Drive standardization, quality assurance, and BIM-integrated design workflows.
- Apply professional engineering procedures, codes, and company standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in structural design for buildings.
- Expertise in ETABS, SAFE, and Excel.
- Deep understanding of IS, ACI, AISC, and ASCE codes.
- Strong leadership presence, problem-solving skills, and technical precision.
